TAKE THE STATE'S TEST

• - Comprised of multiple-choice and T/F
• - 40 questions long & takes about 25 minutes to complete
• - Online & open book
• - Must save the certificate of testing after passing the test

APPLY

• - Application must be completed online. Paper applications no longer accepted.
• - Affirmation form printed out and notarized.  Link to form found on the SOS site.
• - Attach CNS training certificate and State testing certificate to SOS profile
• - $10 application processing fee
